   Monica is a neuroscience enthusiast, N.L.P. practitioner and mindfulness expert. She believes storytelling and a positive mindset are two invaluable gifts that can be passed on to children. Her passion for promoting storytelling and expression led her to start Author in Me. Monica's child-centric approach has helped many children explore their individual talents.

She is the co-author of the book Shine like a Star- A Book of Affirmations. Her writing spans creative writing, vocabulary enhancing workbooks and short storybooks for children. She employs her knowledge of neuroscience and mindfulness to conceptualise enjoyable learning techniques, including the pioneering Observe-Nurture-Embrace (O.N.E.) technique to cultivate a positive mindset. She brings her expertise of research and content development to curate A.I.M. wellbeing and creative writing programmes. Her educational articles are featured in Medium, Biz Today, The Weekly Tribune and A.I.M. blog. Parents have very well received Monica's insights on improving creative expression in children in the book 'Building a Happy Family' published by Penguin. She is also the curator of A.I.M. literary Festival. Monica is also an associate member of The British Neuroscience Association and the Society of Authors, U.K. 

She lives in London's suburbs with her husband, two teenage daughters, a dog and a hamster. When she is free, you're most likely to find her curled up with a good book.

 Ekta Bajaj is a visual artist, blogger, and motivational speaker. She is also the author of the empowering book, The Voice of Kali and co-author of Book of Affirmations for Children. Her deep passion for storytelling and positive thinking has inspired her to research the powerful ancient methods that provide a holistic approach towards developing mental and emotional strength. Ekta has diligently utilised this knowledge in curating the pioneering Observe-Nurture-Embrace (O.N.E.) technique to cultivate a positive mindset. Her innate ability to inspire has given numerous children the ability to express with confidence through stories. She is also the curator of AIM Literary Festival for children, London.

Ekta is the spearhead of the creative development of Author In Me and brings with her a rich experience in advertising and broadcasting. She has also contributed her empowering articles on various media platforms and in ‘Building a Happy Family’, published by Penguin India. Ekta regularly speaks on events about the power of storytelling and inner transformation. Her blog and transformational video podcasts attract audience from all over the world.

Ekta is an associate member of The Society of Authors, U.K and lives in the beautiful Chiltern Valley with her husband, daughter and an overly spoilt German Shepherd. In her free time, she loves to paint and listen to spiritually inspired podcast.
